The Role
As a Kitchen Porter working with Blue Arrow, you will play a vital role in supporting chefs and kitchen teams to ensure kitchens operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and organised
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Removing waste and ensuring bins are managed correctly
- Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during busy service periods
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchen porter or catering experience is beneficial but not essential
- A positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and cleanliness
- Flexibility to take on shifts when available
