Are you a hardworking and enthusiastic individual looking to build a career in hospitality and catering? We are currently seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join a busy and friendly kitchen team in Wellingborough.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food preparation support. Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks.
- Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensuring all work areas are clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Receiving and storing deliveries correctly.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Assisting with stock rotation and general kitchen organisation.
