Junior Sous Chef - Independent Restaurant Group (Lymington)
Salary: £35,000-£36,000 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join our successful independent restaurant group in Lymington.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high food standards.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support and develop junior team members.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and quality food preparation.
- A team player with a desire to learn and progress.
Role Details
- Full-time position.
- Minimum 40 hours per week.
- 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
- Live-out role.
- Opportunity to work from our Lymington site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Assisting with food preparation and service.
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
- Helping to train and support junior kitchen staff.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management.
