We're recruiting for a Junior Manager / Supervisor to join a charming country pub near Romsey, part of a small, independent hospitality group with venues across Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and looking for genuine long-term career growth within a supportive and growing business.
You'll be joining a friendly and hands-on team where your contribution genuinely makes a difference, with the opportunity to develop your management skills and progress within the company.
🌟 What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Desire to build a long-term career within hospitality
- Experience in pubs, restaurants, or hospitality-led venues preferred
🍽️ The Role
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the pub
- Leading and motivating Front of House teams
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Supporting operational and commercial objectives
- Working closely with senior management to drive business success
