Installation Technician - Surface Films & Graphics
Location: High Wycombe & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £30,000 starting salary
Additional Pay
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Travel to work sites paid at time and a half
- Potential to earn £40,000 to £50,000 once training is completed through regular overtime and travel
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Night Shifts (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM), Sunday to Thursday

You'll be joining a small, passionate team working on-site across London and the South East, with occasional short-term projects in other UK locations. What You'll Be Doing
- Installing specialist surface films, graphics, and protective solutions
- Working across commercial, residential, and transport environments
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and professionalism
- Keeping your van stocked and ready for each job
- Accurately completing job paperwork
- Supporting the wider team with additional duties as required
What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude - a "get up and go" approach is key
- Good eye for detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working night shifts and travelling to different sites
