• Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm ✅ Early finish on Fridays

Are you an experienced Injection Mould Setter looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join a growing Injection Moulding team for an excellent manufacturing industry based company, helping to produce high-quality plastic components for customers around the globe.

Working with state-of-the-art machinery, you'll play a vital role in achieving production targets through efficient tool changes, machine setting, process optimisation, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

✅ Setting and optimising injection moulding machines (50T - 320T)

✅ Carrying out tool and mould changes efficiently

✅ Maintaining quality standards and production output

✅ Troubleshooting machine and process issues

✅ Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams

✅ Supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Ensuring safe and efficient achievement of production schedules

👤 What We're Looking For

✔ Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter within a manufacturing environment

✔ Experience working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T

✔ Strong quality awareness and attention to detail

✔ Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills

✔ Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

✔ Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies

✔ A proactive approach and willingness to learn
