Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Arbroath
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temporary Assignment - Initially 1 Month with Potential Extension

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and supportive team based in Arbroath.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving queries, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
- Updating customer records and systems accurately
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes
Working Hours
- Working 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend
- Shifts operating between 7:00am and 10:00pm
- Candidates must be fully flexible and available to work across these hours
What We are Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Good IT and administration skills
- A positive and professional approach to customer interactions
- Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
