As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and business transformation. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring people strategies support operational and commercial success.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Provide expert HR advice on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management
- Support business transformation, restructuring, and change management programmes
- Lead complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on employment legislation
- Analyse workforce data and people metrics to support informed business decisions
- Identify skills gaps and support succession planning and leadership development initiatives
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion programmes
- Coach and support managers on leadership, performance management, and employee development
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract and retain key talent
- Oversee organisational development and culture improvement initiatives
- Support reward, recognition, and performance management frameworks
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices remain legally compliant and commercially effective
Skills & Experience
We're interested in professionals who can demonstrate experience in some of the following areas:
- HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, People Partner, or strategic HR experience
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
- Workforce planning and organisational development
- Change management and business transformation support
- Talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
- Employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Data analysis, workforce reporting, and HR metrics
- Policy development and HR best practice implementation
- Commercial awareness and ability to align HR activities to business goals
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification desirable
