Hospitality Supervisor - Contract Catering - Wincanton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to join a busy and professional contract catering operation in Wincanton. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on supervisor who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team to maintain high standards across hospitality and catering services.

Hours

• 40 hours per week
• 48-week contract
• 5 days out of 7
• Shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm

Salary

• £14.95 per hour

Hospitality Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the hospitality team during service
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
• Assist with the planning and delivery of hospitality events and functions
• Monitor food presentation and service standards
• Support staff training and development
• Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering where required
• Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Health & Safety, and company procedures
• Work closely with management to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department

Hospitality Supervisor Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, catering, hotels, events, or contract catering
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Passion for customer service and delivering high standards
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
• A flexible approach to working hours and business needs
