Head Chef in Wakefield
Location - Wakefield
Pay Rate - £27,138 per annum with the option of overtime available.
Shift Pattern - x4 10 hour days over the week.
Please note this role is a temp-to-perm role!
Blue Arrow team is currently recruiting a skilled and experienced Head Chef for one of our clients in the Wakefield area.
About the Role
- Leading the Kitchen team
- Cooking the menu
- Menu creation
- Ordering stock/stock controls
What We're Looking For
- Basic DBS or willing to apply for one - essential
- Proven Head Chef, Chef Manager or senior chef experience.
- Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens, nutrition, HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to lead a kitchen team, manage menus, oversee food preparation and maintain high catering standards
