Head Chef in Leeds
Location: Leeds and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £17 per hour Monday to Friday and £19 per hour at weekends
Contract Type: Agency work, flexible shifts, part-time and full-time hours available
Blue Arrow Leeds is recruiting experienced Head Chefs for flexible agency chef work across schools and care homes in Leeds and the surrounding areas. About the Head Chef Role
· Flexible agency shifts to suit your availability and lifestyle
· Work available from a few days a week to full-time hours
· Head Chef assignments across schools, care homes and similar environments
· Preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety standards
What We're Looking For
· Enhanced DBS covering Adults and Children workforce - essential
· Previous Head Chef experience, ideally within schools, care homes, healthcare, education or contract catering
· Strong knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and food safety procedures
· Ability to lead a kitchen, manage menus, organise prep and maintain high standards
· Driving licence and access to a vehicle would be helpful, but is not essential
