General Operative - Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day warehouse and production operations
- Picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Carrying out quality checks on products and materials
- Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Supporting other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible approach to work
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is desirable but not essential
