We are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join a friendly and innovative team within a recycling and production environment. This is a hands-on role with consistent weekday hours, making it ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a team.
Duties Include:
- Loading plastic cups into industrial washing equipment
- Stacking and organising cleaned cups
- Scanning products using handheld scanners
- Labelling cups and tote boxes accurately
- Packing products into totes ready for distribution
- Assisting with moving tote boxes around the warehouse
- Supporting the loading of vans when required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- A reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Previous warehouse, production, recycling, or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
What You'll Receive:
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Thursday working pattern, giving you a long weekend every week
- Apron and protective gloves provided
- Safety boots required, although these can be provided if needed
