As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception operations during evening hours.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing front-of-house reception cover
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
- Managing emails and reception enquiries
- Coordinating bookings for events and functions
- Making hotel reservations
- Supporting general reception and administrative duties
- Maintaining a welcoming, organised, and professional reception area
What We're Looking For
- Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive, and approachable attitude
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and email systems
- A valid driving licence and own transport due to limited public transport availability during evening hours
