Food Production Operatives - Immediate Start
📍 Near Moreton-in-Marsh (must drive due to remote location)
Blue Arrow is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a full-time opportunity with a leading organic food producer.
💰 Salary: £29,718 per annum (weekly pay from October 2025)
🕒 Hours: 45/week | Mon-Fri 05:00-14:30 or 07:00-16:30 | Every 3rd Saturday
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare fresh ingredients
* Follow recipes and food safety procedures
* Support with packaging, labelling & stock rotation
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
