Blue Arrow Bristol is recruiting Food Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing site in Bristol. We have opportunities available across Packing, Warehouse, and Mixing departments.

Pay Rates
- £15.97 to £26.11 per hour (depending on shift pattern)
- Weekly pay (PAYE)
- Holiday pay accrued alongside earnings
- Minimum 8-hour shift guarantee

Key Responsibilities
- Packing food products to quality standards
- Operating within warehouse and production areas
- Mixing ingredients and following production processes
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Manual handling and general production duties
- Working as part of a fast-paced team
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Must have a car or motorbike due to location
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environment
- Ability to safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25kg
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work rotating days or night shifts
