Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business in Blaenavon for an experienced Finance Manager to join their busy finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven finance professional looking to take ownership of key financial processes while working closely with senior management to support strategic business decisions.

🕒 Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Profit & loss reporting and financial analysis
- Budget preparation and variance reporting
- Cash flow management and forecasting
- VAT returns and financial compliance
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Credit control and debtor management
- General ledger maintenance and bank reconciliations
- Payroll processing
- Preparation of weekly and monthly supplier and contractor payment runs
- Providing financial reporting and insight to support business performance
What We're Looking For:
- AAT qualified, ACA or ACCA part-qualified, fully qualified, or qualified by experience
- Previous experience within a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, or Company Accountant position
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Experience using Sage 50
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider management team
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:15 - 17:00
- Friday: 08:15 - 15:00
