Blue Arrow is recruiting Fabrication & Assembly Operatives to join a market-leading manufacturer within the heating and hot water industry at its modern production facility in Derby.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, engineering, fabrication, welding, mechanical assembly, machine operation, automotive, warehouse or factory environments who are looking for stable employment, ongoing development and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly and fabrication of manufactured products
• Using hand tools, power tools and production equipment
• Following work instructions, technical drawings and specifications
• Quality checking and inspection of products
• Meeting production and quality targets
• Working safely within a manufacturing environment
• Supporting continuous improvement activities
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety

Skills & Experience

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

Shifts & Pay Rates

Day Shift

Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:30

Friday: 06:00 - 12:00

💷 £14.05 - £17.75 per hour

Afternoon Shift

Monday to Thursday: 14:30 - 23:00

Friday: 12:00 - 18:00

💷 £16.02 - £19.72 per hour

Night Shift

Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00

Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00

💷 £17.05 - £20.75 per hour
