Reach Truck Driver / Line Feeder
Location: Indurent Park, Derby (DE21)
Pay: £15.79 - £18.79 per hour
Hours: Full-Time | 38+ Hours | 3-Shift Rotation

About the Role
Blue Arrow is recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Line Feeders to join a busy manufacturing operation based at Indurent Park, Derby.
You must have a valid Reach Truck licence and previous experience operating a Reach Truck at heights over 8 metres.
Counterbalance experience is desirable but not essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating a Reach Truck FLT at heights over 8 metres
- Feeding production lines with parts and materials
- Moving stock between warehouse and production areas
- Loading, unloading and transporting pallets
- Replenishing materials to keep production lines running
- Carrying out daily FLT safety and equipment checks
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy
- Following site health and safety procedures
- Working safely to production and delivery targets
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT where trained and required
Essential Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- A valid Reach Truck licence
- At least 12 months' Reach Truck operating experience
- Previous hands-on experience operating a Reach Truck at heights over 8 metres
- Recent Reach Truck operating experience
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, production or material handling
- Good health and safety awareness
- Availability to work at least 38 hours per week
- Availability to work the full 3-shift rotation covering days, afternoons and nights
- Ability to reliably travel to and from Indurent Park, Derby for all shift patterns
- Ability to arrive at the site for 06:00 starts
- Ability to reliably travel home following shifts finishing at or after 23:00
Experience operating a Reach Truck over 8 metres is essential. Candidates without this experience will not meet the essential requirements of the role.
Desirable Experience
It would be beneficial if you also have:
- Counterbalance FLT licence and operating experience
- Line feeding experience within manufacturing or production
- Stock replenishment and material handling experience
- Loading and unloading experience
- Warehouse stock control or inventory experience
Counterbalance experience is desirable, not essential.

The shift times mean that public transport may not be suitable for everyone.
You must have reliable travel arrangements that allow you to:
- Arrive at Pride Park for 06:00 starts
- Travel home after 23:00 finishes
- Attend all required day, afternoon and night shifts
You do not need to own a car, but you must be able to reliably attend every shift within the required 3-shift rotation.

06:00 - 14:30
£15.79 per hour
Afternoons
14:30 - 23:00
£17.75 per hour
Nights
Sunday: 20:30 - 06:00
Monday to Thursday: 23:00 - 06:00
£18.79 per hour
Candidates must be available to work the full 3-shift rotation.
