Blue Arrow is looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially focused Executive Consultant to join our successful Catering & Hospitality division.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven background in Catering & Hospitality recruitment to take ownership of a thriving temp desk, develop new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
As an Executive Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of hospitality clients, supplying high quality temporary catering professionals and building long-term relationships that drive revenue and service excellence.
Business Development & Sales
- Proactively identify, win and develop new Catering & Hospitality business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through networking, service visits and regular account management.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings and business development activity to grow market share.
- Promote Blue Arrow's full recruitment offering and identify opportunities for temp-to-perm placements.
- Drive gross margin growth and maximise revenue opportunities across your client base.
Recruitment & Candidate Management
- Source, attract and recruit high quality catering professionals.
- Screen, interview, assess and onboard candidates in line with Blue Arrow compliance standards.
- Ensure candidates are fully compliant and ready for deployment.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of available workers to meet client demand.
- Build lasting relationships with candidates, supporting them throughout their assignment journey.
Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Blue Arrow's Promise Based Culture.
- Match candidates effectively to client requirements.
- Conduct regular client service reviews and site visits.
- Ensure all bookings are accurately managed and fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM systems and candidate databases.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous recruitment experience within the Catering & Hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of developing and managing temporary recruitment desks.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Ability to build relationships quickly with both clients and candidates.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
- Experience managing large hospitality accounts.
- Knowledge of compliance and onboarding requirements within temporary recruitment.
