Delivery of role as statutory consultee for planning development.
An experienced professional is required to support Regulatory Services deliver informed and considered responses to planning consultations in relation to noise, nuisance & pollution with applicant required to demonstrate relevant expertise, knowledge and qualifications.
The role is to provide additional resource to respond to planning consultations with a requirement for 4-6 weeks for 15-20 hours per week.
The service utilises Arcus for recording and allocating consultations with officers required to complete Arcus records with responses and outline justification for response. work can be undertaken remotely without the need to attend the office location.
