Blue Arrow is looking candidates for Emergency 999 call handler role in Norwich.
Interview date - 6th October
Start date 9th NOvember
Candidate must be flexible for day and night shift also working on weekend.
12 hours shift a day.
Excellent listening skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills

changing set of disparate circumstances
Prioritise and undertake numerous
tasks simultaneously

The ability to take and record information accurately

Requirement to handle traumatic, emotional and distressing situations
The ability to manage and support others during times of crisis - most commonly during an emergency call.
