We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Chefs to join our agency team, covering a variety of assignments across Essex, including schools, colleges, care homes, and other catering establishments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to required standards
- Managing food preparation and kitchen service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Assisting with menu planning and stock control where required
- Ensuring all dietary and allergen requirements are met
- Keeping kitchen areas clean, safe, and compliant
Requirements:
✅ Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Cook
✅ Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (issued within the last 12 months or registered on the DBS Update Service)
✅ Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum)
✅ Ability to work under pressure and independently
✅ Reliable, professional, and flexible attitude
✅ Own transport desirable due to various Essex locations
