About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and supporting business operations through effective data management.
As a Data Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring company databases and records are maintained accurately, efficiently, and in line with business requirements. We are also looking for someone who would be flexible to help out with stocks in the warehouse from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, maintain, and update data across internal systems and databases.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data records.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks.
- Manage large volumes of information while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries for management.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies or anomalies.
- Support the wider team with administrative duties as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Assist with process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to help in all departments if needed
