I am currently recruiting for a Contract Manager on behalf of a well-established national facilities management provider.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FM professional to oversee a multi-site contract covering Brighton, Crawley, Chichester and Horsham, managing cleaning, grounds maintenance and bulk waste collection services.
The role offers:
- Salary of £42,000 - £45,000

- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multi-site soft FM contracts
- Leading and developing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams
- Managing budgets and contract performance
- Conducting audits, inspections and risk assessments
- Ensuring health & safety compliance
- Building strong relationships with clients, residents and stakeholders
- Driving service improvements and customer satisfaction
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience managing soft FM services, particularly cleaning and grounds maintenance
- Experience managing contracts valued at £1m+
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Budget and P&L responsibility
- Multi-site operational management experience
- Good knowledge of health & safety and compliance
- A full UK driving licence
