πŸ’· Pay Rate: Β£14.50 per hour - 37.5 hours per week paid (30-minute unpaid lunch break and 15-minute paid morning break)

Are you an experienced hands-on worker with an eye for detail? We're currently recruiting Composite Fitters to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Raynesway, Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a specialist manufacturing environment, producing high-quality composite components for a range of industries. If you have experience using hand tools, reading technical drawings, working with composites, assembly, fabrication, or precision fitting, we'd love to hear from you.

πŸ“‹ What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assembling and fitting composite components to engineering specifications πŸ”§
  • Trimming, sanding, finishing and preparing composite parts
  • Bonding components using specialist adhesives and materials
  • Reading and following technical drawings, work instructions and build manuals πŸ“
  • Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards βœ…
  • Using hand tools and measuring equipment safely and effectively
  • Supporting production targets while maintaining attention to detail
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

🎯 What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in composite fitting, manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or a similar hands-on role
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality πŸ‘€
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and engineering drawings
  • Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment πŸ”§
  • Strong manual dexterity and practical skills
  • Reliable, hard-working, and able to work as part of a team πŸ’ͺ
