We are recruiting for a popular high-volume fresh food restaurant in Lymington, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working with quality ingredients in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fresh food to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and quality during service.
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food hygiene and health & safety standards are always adhered to.
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, and kitchen organisation.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie.
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
