Are you an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver looking for well-paid night work with consistent routes and modern equipment? We are currently recruiting professional HGV drivers based in Avonmouth for ongoing night shift work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy operation carrying out distribution centre to distribution centre deliveries using double decker curtainside trailers.
The Role
- Night shift trunking work
- Distribution Centre to Distribution Centre deliveries
- Operating Class 1 (C+E) vehicles with double decker curtainside trailers
- Minimal manual handling
- Pre-planned routes and schedules
- Maintaining high standards of safety and compliance
- Completing all relevant vehicle and delivery paperwork
Rates of Pay
- £18.00 - £22.00 per hour
- Pay rate dependent on shift pattern and assignment
- Weekly pay available
Requirements
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations
- Professional and reliable attitude
