We're recruiting experienced Relief Chefs to support a range of clients across care homes, schools, contract catering sites, hospitality venues, and healthcare settings throughout Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.

🍳 What you'll be cooking up:
* Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food
* Supporting busy kitchen teams across a variety of settings
* Working from set menus and dietary requirements where needed
* Maintaining excellent food presentation and service standards
* Ensuring food is stored, handled, and prepared safely
* Adapting quickly to different kitchen environments
* Managing stock deliveries and storage correctly
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
* Working efficiently under pressure while keeping quality at the forefront
* Bringing your own chef whites, knives, and professional attitude
👨🍳 What you'll bring to the table:
* Previous chef experience in a professional kitchen
* Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (obtained within the last 3 years)
* Experience in sectors such as care homes, education, hospitality, healthcare, or contract catering is desirable
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work
* Excellent communication skills
* Reliability, professionalism, and a passion for good food
* Access to transport is beneficial due to the variety of client locations
