Your Role
As a Chef Manager, you will:
- Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality meals
- Maintain exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Manage stock, food storage, and kitchen organisation
- Work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team
- Deliver consistently high standards of food presentation and service
- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef Manager in a professional kitchen
- Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or equivalent experience
- Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential)
· Current DBS check is advantageous & preferred for some placements, but is not essential
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Own transport is beneficial due to multiple client locations
