Your Role
As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional kitchen standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting quality dishes
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of kitchen operations
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Managing stock rotation and food storage procedures
- Working collaboratively with kitchen teams in busy environments
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from chefs who are:
- Experienced as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Passionate about producing high-quality food
- Knowledgeable in food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
Additional Requirements:
- Food Hygiene Certificate desirable but not essential
- DBS certificate advantageous for some assignments, but not required
- Own transport is beneficial due to the variety of client locations
