Blue Arrow is currently recruiting skilled Chef de Parties to support our clients across Oxford, Banbury, Bicester, Didcot, Abingdon, Witney, Wantage, Kidlington, Carterton, and surrounding areas.
We work with a wide range of establishments including schools, care homes, nurseries, colleges, business and industry sites, conference venues, and contract catering operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
- Managing food storage and stock rotation procedures
- Working effectively with kitchen teams in busy environments
- Delivering consistent quality and excellent food presentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent level within a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential
- A valid DBS certificate is advantageous for some assignments but not essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
- Own transport is beneficial due to the variety of client locations across Oxfordshire
