Available Shifts
Various shifts are available across the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Flexibility is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef with food preparation and service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
- Managing food storage and stock rotation procedures
- Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen team
- Delivering consistent quality and excellent food presentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent level within a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
- Must be able to travel to the site reliably, as public transport options may be limited
- Own transport is highly advantageous
- Willingness to undergo any required pre-employment and security checks
