Blue Arrow is currently recruiting skilled Chef de Parties to support our clients across Newbury, Thatcham, Hungerford, and surrounding areas. We work with a range of establishments including schools, care homes, nurseries, business and industry sites, and contract catering venues.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Supporting the smooth running of kitchen operations
- Managing food storage and stock rotation procedures
- Working effectively with kitchen teams in busy environments
- Delivering consistent quality and excellent food presentation
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent level in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety practices
- Food Hygiene Certificate preferred but not essential
- A valid DBS certificate is advantageous and preferred for some assignments, but not essential
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
- Own transport is beneficial due to the variety of client locations
