Blue Arrow is recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join an exceptional culinary team in the Reading area.

Working in a highly respected hospitality environment, you will have the opportunity to work with fresh, locally sourced produce and contribute to menus that change with the seasons.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your section, ensuring high standards are maintained while supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain excellent food quality and attention to detail.
- Support senior chefs with day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Handle premium ingredients with care and respect.
- Adapt to seasonal menu changes and new ideas.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a professional kitchen brigade.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression.
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
