Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef to join the catering team on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy healthcare environment, preparing and serving nutritious meals for patients, staff and visitors while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety.
Key Details:
- Location: Perth
- Pay Rate: £14.52 per hour
- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Shifts: 4 shifts per week, including weekends
- Working Hours: Between 6:00am and 5:30pm
- Duration: Initial 12 week assignment with potential for extension
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals to required standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are followed at all times
- Assist with menu preparation and stock control
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Work effectively as part of a busy catering team
- Follow all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Previous chef experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shift patterns
