Chef - Contract Catering Site (Outskirts of Wimborne)
£15.76 per hour | 35 hours per week + paid overtime
1 weekend in 4 | Day Shifts | Must drive or have access to transport
We're looking for an experienced and reliable Chef to join our contract catering team based on the outskirts of Weymouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a steady, well-structured role with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high‑quality meals for a contract catering site
- Working across two shift patterns:
- 06:00-14:00 (1‑hour break)
- 11:00-19:30 (1.5‑hour break)
- Working 1 weekend in every 4, with weekend shifts:
- 07:00-18:30 (2‑hour break)
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
What we're looking for:
- Proven chef or cook experience
- A positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Must drive or have access to reliable transport (site is not easily accessible via public transport)
