We are recruiting for a Chef to join a friendly and professional team at a healthcare site in Bembridge, Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef seeking a better work-life balance, working just 3 x 10-hour shifts per week and enjoying 4 days off every week.
Working within a healthcare environment, you'll play a vital role in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while helping to create a positive dining experience for residents and visitors.
The Role
- Preparing and cooking fresh, nutritious meals
- Ensuring food is presented to a high standard
- Adhering to food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen
- Assisting with stock control and ordering
- Working closely with the wider catering team to deliver an excellent food service

About You
- Previous experience as a Chef, Cook, or Catering Professional
- Passion for producing fresh, quality food
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- A positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
- Healthcare, care home, education, or contract catering experience would be advantageous but is not essential
