We are recruiting for a Chef to join a well-established contract catering operation in Salisbury, working within the main restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys producing quality food while benefiting from structured hours and a supportive working environment.

Shift Patterns
You will work a mixture of:
- Early Shifts: 5:00am/6:00am - 2:00pm/2:30pm
- Late Shifts: 11:00am - 7:30pm
The Role
- Preparing and cooking fresh meals for high-volume service
- Supporting the kitchen team with daily food production
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures
- Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
What We're Looking For
- Previous chef experience within contract catering, hospitality, education, healthcare or similar environments
- Passion for producing quality food
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
- Reliable, team-focused and well organised
