Blue Arrow is currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic Chefs to work in a contract catering unit.

Key Duties
· Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in line with client requirements
· Ensuring food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety standards are maintained at all times
· Managing stock levels and ensuring food is stored correctly
· Working effectively within busy kitchen teams
· Supporting smooth kitchen operations and service delivery
· Maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality
What We're Looking For
· Previous experience as a Chef within a professional kitchen environment
· Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices
· Food Hygiene Certificate desirable but not essential
· Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Own transport is advantageous due to the variety of locations across Burton and Lichfield
