Are you looking for full-time work within the catering and hospitality industry? We are currently recruiting Kitchen Porters and Kitchen Assistants to join our temporary staffing team, supporting a wide range of catering sites across Portsmouth and the surrounding PO areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a variety of catering environments while enjoying flexible agency work with consistent full-time hours.
Where You'll Work
Assignments are available across a range of sites, including:
- Care Homes
- Schools
- Hotels
- Army & Military Camps
- Corporate Catering Facilities
- Hospitality & Leisure Venues
Responsibilities
- Washing pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintaining high levels of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with food preparation tasks
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the smooth running of busy kitchens
What We're Looking For
- Previous Kitchen Porter or Kitchen Assistant experience is desirable but not essential
- Hard-working and reliable attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced catering environments
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Flexible approach to working at different sites
- Ability to work full-time hours
