📍 Locations: Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, Huddersfield, and surrounding areas

🕒 Hours: Flexible shifts available - Full-Time, Part-Time & Casual Opportunities

💷 Pay: Competitive hourly rates plus holiday pay

About the Role

As a Front of House & Catering Assistant, you'll be the face of the service, providing a warm welcome to customers while helping to deliver high-quality food and beverage services. No two days are the same, and you'll play an important role in ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience
  • Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assisting with food preparation, presentation, and service
  • Supporting kitchen and catering teams with setup and clear-down duties
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene
  • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Handling customer enquiries confidently and professionally
  • Working collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive team
  • Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised, and well-stocked

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within hospitality, catering, food service, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive, and professional attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations across West Yorkshire
  • Enhanced Adult & Child DBS due to working within education and care settings

Desirable

  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Experience working within schools, colleges, healthcare, or care environments
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness procedures
