Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to support a busy and prestigious college catering team in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities
- Check with the Supervisor or Chef regarding tasks that require attention throughout the shift.
- Assist the catering team with food preparation, including:
- Preparing salads and sandwiches
- Basic food preparation duties
- Making simple dishes such as eggs and hash browns
- Support meal service and food presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and college procedures.
- Carry out any other catering-related duties delegated by the Supervisor, Chef, or management team.
Requirements
- Previous catering, hospitality, or kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
- A reliable and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene practices is advantageous.
