What you'll be doing -
- Supporting chefs and catering teams with daily kitchen duties
- Preparing salads, sandwiches, and other simple food items
- Serving food and helping with meal service
- Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Washing up and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
- Helping out wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
What we're looking for -
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous catering, hospitality, kitchen, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
- A DBS certificate would be an advantage, particularly for school and care settings, but is not essential
