Caretaker Compliance Officer- Mobile Role
Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
We're currently looking for a Caretaker Compliance Officer to join our client in a mobile role covering multiple sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and has a hands-on approach to caretaking and site compliance.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out regular compliance and health & safety checks across various sites
- Ensuring buildings and grounds are maintained to a safe and compliant standard
- Completing routine inspections and reporting any issues identified
- Checking fire safety equipment, emergency exits and site security measures
- Carrying out basic maintenance and caretaking tasks where required
- Liaising with contractors and site management teams
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and paperwork
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a caretaking, facilities, maintenance or compliance role
- Knowledge of health & safety procedures
- Good communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and manage their own workload
- A full UK driving licence, as travel between sites is required
