The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
- Manage and support a small team
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, sales and order processing
- Coordinate installations and operational activities
- Monitor stock and deliveries
- Maintain high customer service standards
- Drive branch performance and growth
- Lead by example in a hands-on environment
We're Looking For
✔️ Previous management, supervisory, or team leadership experience
✔️ Strong customer service skills
✔️ Excellent organisational and communication abilities
✔️ Sales-focused and commercially aware
✔️ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
✔️ Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points)
