We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager to join our growing collection of food-led country pubs, each located within 15 minutes of each other in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
This is a live-out role, so own transport is essential.
📍 The Role
Initial training will take place at our flagship site in Lyndhurst, where you'll immerse yourself in our culture, standards, and food-first ethos.
Following training, you'll support the General Manager in running your designated site as part of our exciting company expansion.
💼 What We're Looking For
A hands-on team player with a love for great food, warm hospitality, and supporting strong teams
Experience in supervisory or assistant management roles within high-quality, food-led pubs or restaurants
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
A natural host who understands the importance of consistency and community
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership
Help maintain high standards of food, drink, and service
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
Contribute to stock control, ordering, and cost management
Lead shifts and act as the point of contact in the GM's absence
