Are you an organised and detail-focused Administrator looking for a varied role within a busy and growing business?
We are seeking a proactive Administrator to join our team based in Burton upon Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys taking ownership of their workload.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent organisational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining company records, databases and administrative systems
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating work activities across the business
- Using the company's CRM system (TEAMS) as the primary platform for managing information and business activity
- Producing, updating and developing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Ensuring all data is entered accurately and maintained to a high standard
- Managing documentation, filing systems and electronic records
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and supporting wider business operations
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Providing general office administration support as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an Administrator, Office Administrator, Business Administrator or Administration Assistant position
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience planning and scheduling workloads independently
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Confidence in creating, maintaining and improving spreadsheets
- Experience using CRM systems or business databases
- The ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach

- Starting salary of £24,784.50
- Salary increase to up to £27,500 upon successful completion of a 12-week probationary period
