We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join a busy and growing team in Dundee. This role will support day to day sales and operational activities, ensuring efficient administration, accurate CRM management and excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and sales team, assisting with order processing, client communications, maintaining records, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and Branch Manager.
  • Process orders and maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers via phone and email.
  • Support client account management and follow up on enquiries.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assist with general office administration and operational tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Confident communicator with a professional manner.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
  • Previous administration, sales support, customer service or retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
