Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals in line with client requirements.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods.
- Managing food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
- Working independently or as part of an established kitchen brigade.
- Delivering consistent food quality in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, or similar role.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different kitchen settings.
- Reliable, professional, and punctual approach to work.
- Own transport is advantageous but not essential.
